Review Tube & wire 2018

FOERSTER Excites the Professional Audience with Innovations at the Tube & wire 2018

From 16 to 20 April 2018 again visitors from all over the world met in Düsseldorf at the Tube & wire trade show. Latest developments and technologies were presented at the two world's leading trade fairs for tubes, wire and cables. As one of more than 2,600 exhibitors, FOERSTER took the opportunity to present its latest product developments to the public.

Two innovative test systems were introduced to the visitors. The new CIRCOGRAPH DA, together with the rotating head Ro 20 F, attracted great interest. One advantage of the CIRCOGRAPH DA is the immediate digitization of test signals directly at the sensor. Furthermore, the new software feature makes it possible to show defects on a C-Scan. Together with the rotating head Ro 20 F, developed for fast applications in wire production, customers of FOERSTER are optimally positioned for the future.

In addition, FOERSTER presented the new test system generation ROTOMAT DA and TRANSOMAT DA for tube testing. FOERSTER has achieved a quantum leap in defect detection with these test systems. For the first time, oblique defects can be reliably detected in all angles and are shown in real time on a high-resolution C-scan. Visitors were fascinated by the new testing possibilities resulting from these developments.

Many exciting and interesting discussions between employees and visitors showed that FOERSTER once again demonstrated its competence in non-destructive testing. FOERSTER is already looking forward to welcoming you back to Tube & wire in 2020!
